Cleveland Street Market, located in the bustling heart of Clearwater, FL, is seeking a Guest Services Associate to join our dynamic team. As a culinary haven and neighborhood market, Cleveland Street Market offers an unparalleled experience to its visitors. As a Guest Services Associate, you'll be a key player in providing exceptional service and ensuring unforgettable experiences for our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers with warmth and hospitality to ensure a positive first impression.
• Provide consistently professional, friendly, and engaging service to enhance the customer experience.
• Manage reservations for Top Golf and assist customers with equipment distribution.
• Maintain cleanliness and ensure adequate stocking of restrooms.
• Regularly empty trash bins throughout the hall.
• Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, and outdoor patio areas.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
• Assist the General Manager with outreach marketing efforts and event planning.
• Promptly report any suspicious persons, activities, or hazardous conditions to the General Manager.
• Provide general assistance, instructions, and guidance to customers as needed.

• Availability to work weekends and holidays.

Schedule: 8-hour shifts, with options for day or night shifts. Weekend availability required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 per hour
