RESPONSIBILITIES

• CDL Preferred (Responsible to transport construction equipment and materials to local job sites and Maintain detailed driving and delivery logs)
• Basic general maintenance
• Delivering material
• Managing proof of delivery paperwork from customers
• Assisting workers in loading and unloading trucks
• Track and report working hours
• Adhere to company rules and regulations
• Make safety a priority always
• Checking mechanical aspects of the vehicle
• Safely and efficiently handle and unload material at selected destinations
• Carpentry is a plus
• Controls and Manages the inventory in the yard and warehouse
• Organize the inventory in the Warehouse (Tools, gang boxes, etc.)
• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 20% of the time
• Must be able to operate a forklift, stake bed, large equipment, computer or other office machine
• Must be able to occasionally ascend and descent a ladder
• Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION / REQUIREMENTS / EXPERIENCE

• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen
• Ability to pass E-verify
• 2 years experience
• Reliable means of transportation
• High School GED or equivalent preferred
• Being able to work independently
• CDL Preferred (Fully understand how to operate and safely drive your assigned delivery vehicle)

PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORKING CONDITIONS

• Able to work in all elements of the outdoor environment which include the heat, cold, rain, snow, wind, etc.
• Capable of working in physical positions that may include kneeling, sitting, standing, squatting, bending, stooping, twisting etc.
• Must be able to move, carry, or position items weighing up to 50 pounds
