As our Construction Scheduler, you'll lead the planning and scheduling of all phases of our general contracting projects and provide scheduling knowledge and expertise to help project teams develop, manage, and analyze their project schedules.

You'll gather data daily to create new proposal baseline schedules and work with our project teams to analyze and update multiple construction schedules. You will have intimate knowledge of all current construction projects to maintain contract schedule updates and ensure our projects are accurately the sequenced. You will also help implement Primavera 6 (P6) into the company scheduling process, eventually transitioning us over from MS Project.

To thrive in this role, you must have experience in vertical construction scheduling best practices and Primavera 6 and MS Project software and the ability to communicate with multiple project teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Your Responsibilities as Scheduler:

• Independently oversee the scheduling process on all current projects, including developing proposal and baseline schedules and managing and analyzing the schedule throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with project teams and trade partners to ensure their schedules are developed and updated with buy-in and commitment from all project stakeholders.
• Identify and coordinate time and cost-saving opportunities and any risk factors impacting the schedule execution.
• Represent Cleveland Construction in scheduling meetings with clients, representatives, and multiple trade contractors.
• Help implement Primavera 6 (P6) into the company scheduling process, eventually transitioning from MS Project schedules.

This position reports to our headquarters in Mentor, Ohio during a standard work week. This is a salaried, permanent role with full benefits.
