As a Vendor Manager, you will be responsible for managing the relationships and performance of new and existing vendor partners. The Vendor Manger plays a vital role in effective collaboration between Cleveland Clinic’s vendors, the Vendor Management Office, and internal stakeholders. Some of your primary duties will include:
Driving adherence to the contract and to Cleveland Clinic policies and procedures.
Actively accessing vendor performance and vendor risk profiles.
Optimizing vendor relationships through performance and operational efficiencies.
Effectively and efficiently managing the entire vendor lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
