As a Systems Analyst I, you will help provide the right tools for our caregivers to perform their job at the highest level.Your duties will include but are not limited to:
• Performing workstation, software, peripheral, network and workflow support.
• Providing first level diagnostic Help Desk and after-hours support.
• Assisting with project assignments, documentation, operational and business objectives.
The ideal caregiver is someone who:
• Has great customer service skills.
• Understanding software licensing.
• Is organized.
