As a Surgical Technologist, you will be involved in patients’ individualized care before, during, and after surgery. You will be responsible for peer education, advocacy, maintaining the sterile field and resources, coordinating care and enforcing standards, all while following the guidelines set by the Association of periOperative Registered Nurses (AORN).
The Tradition Hospital Surgical Technologist position allows Surgical Technologists the ability to enhance and develop their skills, primarily in Neurosurgery, but also including other specialties such as general, robotics, vascular, orthopedic, and pediatric surgeries. The hours of this full-time position are primarily 12-hour shifts, 6:30am-7pm, with overnight and weekend on-call requirements.
