Cleveland Clinic Main Campus has been recognized as a Magnet organization since 2003. In addition, our Main Campus offers 100 specialties including heart, lung, liver, kidney, pancreas and bone marrow transplantation.
Within our 12-bed J56 Critical Care Unit, we are dedicated to the care of the patient receiving coronary artery bypass surgery, valve repair or replacement, and minimally invasive or off-pump coronary bypass surgery. J56 also cares for patients who have had MAZE, myectomy and Ross procedures and thoracic surgery such as a lobectomy, pnemonectomy or esophagectomy.What to expect during your residency program: • A success coach will be available 24/7. • Weekly check-ins to ensure personal and professional goals are met. • Personal assessments to determine areas for growth and opportunity. • 10 to 12 weeks of orientation along with 10 residency days throughout the first year.
