As a Patient Care Nurse Assistant (PCNA) in our Medical Unit, you will assist and provide direct patient care while supervised by a Registered Nurse. This position requires someone to be flexible and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A PCNA in this role is familiar with reporting and watching a patient's health condition while organizing and aiding with housekeeping in patient rooms. Work alongside our nurses and physicians who are eager to teach and welcome new people to the team. Your primary duties will include:
• Providing or assisting with basic patient care.
• Reporting abnormal findings and changes in condition.
• Helping patients with personal care and activities of daily living.
