Patient Access Representatives provide a comprehensive set of business and financial related services during the patient access process on the day the patient arrives at Mercy Hospital to receive healthcare services. You will work face-to-face with diverse populations of patients collecting their financial, insurance, medical, and demographic information to complete their registration and leave a positive, lasting impression. This position will also be cross trained to work in other areas, such as Front Desk, Admitting Office and Cashier, and has the potential to float to different locations/hospitals which provides a unique opportunity to expand your professional skillset and experience.
