The G101 Transplant Specialty Care Nursing Unit specializes in kidney, pancreas, liver, intestine and face transplant surgeries while also providing supportive services to transplant patients and their families. As a Health Unit Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service to patients, families, visitors, and other caregivers to promote and support positive patient experiences.
Your primary duties will include, but are not limited to:
• Performing administrative and clerical duties.
• Maintaining communication with patients, families, and other caregivers.
• Conducting patient orientation and ensuring patients' needs are met.
• Assisting with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.
