Cleveland Clinic is Hiring an Enterprise HIM Project Manager IV Near Cleveland, OH

Remote in Northeast Ohio. This person may have to come on site as needed.

There will be interaction with caregivers from process owners, revenue cycle caregivers, other project managers, clinicians, institute and executive leaders. 

Manages all aspects of and provides a single point of contact for assigned projects. Leads/manages multiple medium to large size projects, leveraging advanced project management tools to deliver results. Accomplishes project objectives by planning and evaluating project activities.

  • Manages all aspects of and provides a single point of contact for assigned projects.
  • Leads/manages multiple medium to large size projects, leveraging advanced project management tools to deliver results.
  • Achieves operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
  • Prepares and completes action plans Implements production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards. Resolves problems.
  • Completes audits. Identifies trends.
  • Determines system improvements and implements change.
  • Meets financial objectives by participating in developing forecasting requirements.
  • Participates in preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures.
  • Analyzes variances and initiates corrective actions.
  • Sets and continually manages project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
  • Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.
  • Explores opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
  • Master’s degree preferred.

Certifications:

  • Project Management Certification (PMP) preferred.

Complexity of Work:

  • Experience creating and maintaining a project plan from inception through completion.
  • Effective relationship building skills are required.

Work Experience:

  • Minimum of five years project management experience in assigned area which may include experience in implementing and supporting a major IT system in a clinical or system analyst capacity, experience involving complex financial system applications, etc.
  • Offset: Master’s degree and four years of experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Implementation of system wide applications; minimum intermediate skills in business applications like excel and PPT; report development; experience or knowledge with mergers and acquisitions helpful but not required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Manual dexterity to operate office equipment.
  • May require periods of sitting, standing and the ability to walk to various locations throughout the health system to attend meetings.
  • Must have normal or corrected vision and be able to clearly communicate verbally by phone or in person.
  • Must have own transportation to travel to multiple sites.

Pay Range

Minimum hourly: $40.48

Maximum hourly: $61.74

The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires. A successful candidate's actual compensation will be determined after taking factors into consideration such as the candidate's work history, experience, skill set, and education.
