As a Certified Respiratory Therapist, you will work alongside our team of world-class caregivers to deliver a safe and comfortable experience during a patient's stay. You will provide assessment, treatment, care, and evaluation for patients with respiratory insufficiencies. Your primary duties will include: • Planning, establishing, and evaluating patients for the correct type of treatment and care based on their diagnosis. • Monitoring and putting in place patient care plans with advanced monitoring techniques. • Evaluating respiratory practice, administration of medications, and treatment based on patient outcomes. The ideal future caregiver is someone who: • Has a minimum of three years expereince in critical care.• Has (or can obtain) an Ohio Respiratory Care Professional (RCP) Board licensure, Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) by the National Board for Respiratory Care, and Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate. • Has strong critical thinking skills and can work under minimum supervision. • Can demonstrate decisive judgement in stressful situations. • Shows strong communication skills. • Shows empathy and compassion in a patient-centered environment.
