This position will be responsible for the Occupational Health office at the Cleveland Clinic Administrative Campus in Beachwood. Travel will be required to regional offices for onsite visits. The hours will vary between 6:30a-6p M-F.

As an Assistant Nurse Manager, you will monitor daily clinical operations of Occupational Health departments. You will oversee RNs, LPNs, MAs and other patient care providers of a specified service line to ensure quality of care. Anticipates and resolves patient care and personnel issues. Your primary duties will include but are not limited to:
• Facilitating communication and collaboration among unit staff and other departments.
• Ensuring continuity of patient care information between shifts, coordinates patient admitting, discharges, transfers, and other operational issues.
• Reviewing major operational patient care issues with Nurse Managers.
• Provides ongoing clinical evaluations of nurses and other direct and indirect patient care provided on assigned unit/area.
• Participating in hiring and onboarding of personnel, annual performance reviews, and performance improvement.
The potential future caregiver is someone who:
• Can provide emotional, spiritual, and psychological support to patients.
• Has High-level management and leadership skills.
• Can schedule and manage tasks effectively.
• Has written and verbal communication skills.
• Has teamwork and motivational skills.
