The WAM Prevention Center is located at the Cleveland Clinic Center for Brain Health in Las Vegas, Nevada. The program is searching for a dedicated and compassionate Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner who will join our team and play an integral role in the care of our patients. Under the direction of Jessica Caldwell, Ph.D., a neuropsychologist with expertise in brain health, memory, aging, and women’s risk of Alzheimer’s Disease; our newly recruited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner will work collaboratively with our staff and become an integral part of our WAM program.
The Women’s Alzheimer’s Movement (WAM) Prevention Center at Cleveland Clinic, which opened in 2020, is the first and only in the nation specifically for women. We combine a patient’s medical history, biological risks, habits, mood, and memory with the latest science on prevention to create a customized, sustainable plan for lifestyle modifications that can reduce risks of Alzheimer’s disease.

Position would be 5 days per week (M-F)
APRN: Nationally certified licensed healthcare provider who provides primary and/or specialty nursing and/or medical care in a variety of healthcare settings. Functions in collaboration with a physician according to a standard care arrangement and specialty certification. Practice emphasizes health promotion, disease prevention and the diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic health problems.
PA: Nationally certified licensed healthcare provider who provides primary and or specialty medical care (the practice of medicine) in a variety of healthcare settings. Functions the collaboration agreement of a Physician, (as per O.R.C. 4730) performs complete histories and physicals on patients of all ages to establish and record patient's current health status and to develop a working diagnosis and treatment plan to provide continuing medical care, including daily examinations, writing orders, chart notes, discharging patients and completing discharge summaries. This medical care may be in a variety of clinical settings. PA's are privileged by the Board of Governors. PA's in the Hospital care role provide outpatient and/or hospital based care to patients (more than 50% of their time) with complex, acute, and chronic health conditions. Outpatient/Hospital care PA's practice in a setting that requires the performance of diagnostic and therapeutic interventions to manage acute and chronic health problems. Must have the ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams.

Minimum hourly: $44.53
Maximum hourly: $67.92
