As an Administrative Program Coordinator, you will function as liaison, administrative, technical, and operational resource. You will help coordinate policy evaluation and implementation. In this role, the coordinator will be empowered to enhance the culture, improve caregiver communication, and make a positive impact on both our patient and caregiver experience. Your other duties will include but are not limited to: • Assisting Director with projects and daily tasks. • Identifying operational improvement opportunities to create an efficient workplace. • Developing communications and databases. The ideal caregiver is someone who: • Is detail-oriented and organized. • Thrives in a dedicated team environment. • Can conduct work with an elevated level of autonomy. • Demonstrates a strong work ethic. • Has excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
