As a Nightingale Registered Nurse, you will help train newer nurses. Your primary duties will include, but are not limited to :
Providing coaching, teaching and educational material as appropriate.
Assessing and coordinating patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
Assessing educational needs of the patient and significant others considering cultural issues and other special concerns.
Providing direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization.
Implementing and monitoring patient care plans
