Welcome to Clermont Hills Dentistry! We are a privately owned dental office that opened its doors in November 2023. Our practice is owned by Dr. Luis Veloz, and his wife has been working diligently in the front office since the beginning. At Clermont Hills Dentistry, our patients love the experience they have here. We have built a reputation for providing exceptional care in a calming and patient-focused environment. Position: Front Desk Receptionist

Job description:

- Greet patients warmly and ensure their comfort and satisfaction

- Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar efficiently using Open Dental software

- Utilize Dental Intelligence software for seamless communication with patients

- Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries with professionalism and care

- Handle patient paperwork and insurance processing

- Present treatment plans to patients and assist them in understanding insurance coverage

- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a front desk receptionist in a dental office

- Experience with Open Dental software is required (or a quick learner)

- Familiarity with Dental Intelligence software is preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail

- Comfortable understanding dental insurances and presenting treatment plans to patients

- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment

- Positive attitude and willingness to help others
