The Outreach Services Supervisor plays a pivotal role in coordinating system-wide programming initiatives to develop, conduct, and implement a diverse range of youth, adult, and intergenerational programs.
This involves both outreach efforts and in-house programming support across the entire library system and Clermont County.
The Supervisor provides direct supervision to the System Programmers, overseeing activities such as the Hands Up! Puppet Troupe and Dreamweavers Storytelling Troupe.
Proactivity and responsiveness to the programming needs of the community are key aspects of this role. The Supervisor provides essential support in coordinating collection delivery services, ensuring that materials are tailored to the needs and interests of target audiences.
The Supervisor operates under the broad direction of the Manager, collaborating closely to enhance community engagement and promote the Library's services and resources effectively.
Qualifications :
Rate : Minimum $23.00 per hour
Pay Grade 7, Exempt
Full-time (40 hrs / wk)
