Clement Manor is a faith-based independent living, assisted living, CBRF and long term care community, nationally recognized for providing a superior quality environment for older adults. We are looking for a Part-Time Lead Caregiver for our Assisted Living.

The Lead Caregiver provides high quality, safe care that meets the physical, mental and psychosocial needs of the participants. Care is provided in a manner that promotes independence and protects participant rights.

Position is 48hrs per two week pay period. Work times are 2:45pm-11:15pm.

Education and Job Summary;

Completion of CBRF Certification Courses – First Aid, Medication Administration, Fire Safety, and Standard Precautions are required.

Acts as a role model for staff, demonstrating a high standard of service to clients and staff.

Must Effectively administer medication to residents:

1. Practices all aspects of state of WI CBRF medication administration.
2. Adheres to delegated duties given as it pertains to medication handling.
3. Follows the Six Rights of Medication Administration 

Assist residents with their requests and needs.

Assists during meal service.

Assists in life enrichment activities.

Assists in promoting a neat and clean environment.

Participate in ongoing education and training that is provided.
