Clement Manor is a faith-based independent living, assisted living, CBRF and long term care community, nationally recognized for providing a superior quality environment for older adults.
The Marketing Assistant is responsible for the management and growth of a relationship focused fundraising program that includes a mix of donor sources. This is accomplished by assisting with fundraising events, identifying and meeting with prospective donors and cultivating existing donors. The Specialist portrays a positive image of Clement Manor’s good works at all times
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
(Annual Appeal, special projects/fundraisers) Can formulate a strategy, timeline and budget.
1. Identifies internal and external targets.
2. Creates a process for achieving specific goals.
3. Coordinates all promotional material to target audiences with the Manager, Marketing & Engagement through newsletter, mailings, website and personal contacts.
4. Reports progress toward goals.
5. Acknowledges donors through appropriate correspondence and recognition.
6. Manages details of record keeping, donor database, communication, and follow up measures.
7. Evaluates success.
8. Creates new opportunities to grow relationships and donor participation.
9. Create Planned Giving Program as well as Memorial and Honor Gift Programs
10. Recruits and manages a team to help organize, plan and implement events.
