Description:

PrideNow is seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Systems Technician to join our team. As an Electrical Systems Technician, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining electrical systems in various settings including commercial, industrial, and residential properties. You will also be tasked with troubleshooting electrical problems, interpreting blueprints and schematics, ensuring safety standards are met, communicating with clients, managing projects, supervising other electricians, and connecting and maintaining programming code for automation systems.

Responsibilities:

• Install and maintain electrical systems in commercial, industrial, and residential settings.
• Troubleshoot electrical problems including short circuits, broken circuits, and faulty wiring.
• Install and commission control systems for indoor agriculture projects.
• Interpret blueprints and schematics to install and repair electrical systems.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed and electrical systems meet safety standards to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their electrical needs and explain technical issues.
• Manage electrical projects including planning, budgeting, and supervision of other electricians.
• Supervise the work of other electricians, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring work is completed according to specifications.
• Connect and maintain programming code for automation systems, including PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), HMIs (Human-Machine Interfaces), and other control systems.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Journeyman Electrician.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical control systems.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Valid Passport.
