The Job:

• High profile position, member of the division leadership team
• Lead/Manage the sales and construction operations for multiple branch offices
• Oversee the sales and execution of construction projects to meet and exceed client expectations
• Interpret performance metrics and develop applicable plans of action as needed to optimize performance
• Exciting, fast-paced work environment
• Requires 2-3 nights of travel most weeks

Qualifications:

• College degree in Engineering, Business or Marketing desired, but not necessary
• Three to Five years of experience in building construction industry
• Three years of post-frame sales management experience preferred; one to three years in construction sales management required
• Project management experience required
• Winning attitude, confident decision making, practical problem solving and strong leadership skills necessary
• Outstanding customer service and supervisory skill set
• Honesty, integrity and trustworthiness are of the utmost importance
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced/demanding environment
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook and Excel helpful
• Background checks are performed
