Provides inpatient and\or ambulatory software support, implementation and training for physicians, site managers, medical directors, and clinical support staff.

Essential Job Functions:

• Supports individuals on electronic health records, practice management, and 3rd party application software using all required support tools.

• Maintains standard operation procedures, knowledgebase articles and general support documentation.

• Analyzes the requirements of physician's office and clinical workflow to most effectively implement practice management and electronic health records software.

• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in related filed or 5 years' experience in inpatient, ambulatory, or IT Support required.

• Demonstrated intermediate knowledge of general computer applications required.

• 2 years' experience as a project resource preferred.

• Working knowledge of Windows Server environments.

• Working knowledge of Enterprise/EHR/EMR systems preferred.
