JOB TITLE: Car Wash Location Manager
REPORTS TO: Area Operations Manager
General Summary: The Location Manager is responsible for the daily operation of a specific car wash location. They are accountable to maximize sales and profits, minimize controllable expenses and shortages while meeting Company established sales and operational performance objectives; for hiring, training, coaching and counseling staff; and for meeting all Company established standards regarding Customer Service. The Location Manager is an exempt member of the Store Operations Team, headed by the Director of Operations and reports directly to a designated Area Operations Manager.
General Job Setting: The Location Manager works in all areas of the car wash facility and property, including car wash tunnel area, chemical and equipment room, vacuum area, office grounds. Adequate lighting, heat and air conditioning are provided in the office area but the position requires working the majority of the work schedule inside in areas without air conditioning or heat and outside including during inclement weather. The position requires standing for extended periods, reaching to complete cleaning or maintenance checks and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
