Clearwater Credit Union is accepting applications for a full-time Clean Energy Loan Officer position. This role is responsible for assisting members with their clean energy lending needs, being a resource of information for members, building strong relationships with our Clean Energy installation partners, and building stronger relationships in the community.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Process and decision consumer loan applications within established guidelines
• Open, close, and maintain member accounts
• Protect members and Credit Union from fraudulent activities
• Refer products and services based on identified needs
• Knowledge of Clearwater products and services, including staying up to date with changes and additions
• Provide internal and external members with excellent service
• Follows all credit union policies and procedures, including being compliant with state and federal laws and regulations
• Reliable attendance and completion of tasks

Qualifications

• 2 years of consumer lending experience preferred
• Understanding of clean energy (solar) preferred
• Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required
• Strong organizational time management skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
