Nez Perce Tribal Enterprises is looking for individuals that can provide courteous professional services and are cordial to customers and employees. Security Officers will be responsible for having knowledge of gaming policies/procedures, programs, and promotions. A great fit for this position would be to have a strong personality and ability to handle conflict and problem resolution in a professional manner. Lead Security Officer is responsible for shift supervision to assist the coordination and evaluation of security operations of the buildings and properties of the NPTE while strictly adhering to and always enforcing all organizational policies and procedures. For dual status, Security Officer is primary position and Lead Officer is secondary on-call. Our goal for security is to enhance the safety of customers and employees in the casino as well during events.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Driver’s License
• Motor Vehicle Report
• One (1) year of experience in security or law enforcement preferred
• Six (6) months supervisory experience

Must be able to obtain Nez Perce Tribal Gaming License. Must be able to submit pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
