Job Description:

As a Sales Operations Manager, you will be pivotal in bolstering the Sales organization by harnessing actionable insights derived from data analysis. Your role will be instrumental in enhancing sales performance, refining forecasting techniques, and formulating effective sales strategies. The position mandates a profound comprehension of sales data, market dynamics, and business trends to facilitate the attainment of sales targets and overall business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with various stakeholders within the Sales department to comprehend their requirements and aid them in driving sales.

* Conduct in-depth analysis of sales data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to pinpoint trends, unearth opportunities, and highlight areas for enhancement.

* Generate regular reports on sales performance to empower management in making data-centric decisions.

* Proactively monitor deal progressions, maintaining up-to-date insights to preempt potential issues.

* Furnish precise and timely information to diverse sales stakeholders, enabling them to optimize their deal processes.

* Oversee and analyze the entire account universe (territory), evaluating and defining relevant reporting for each program.

* Establish and manage sales performance dashboards and tracking systems to gauge the effectiveness of sales initiatives and identify improvement areas.

* Delve into the sales process to discern underlying factors contributing to varying outcomes.

* Monitor competitor activities and sales strategies to keep the sales team informed of market trends and competitive threats.

* Present and communicate business impacts to stakeholders based on analytical findings.

* Lead special projects assigned by the Chief Revenue Officer, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, and alignment with organizational goals, as well as leading a team of Analysts.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.

* 7 years of proven experience in sales analysis, sales planning, or business analytics with a SaaS product.

* Current experience leading a Sales Operations team.

* Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau) to analyze complex sales data and derive actionable insights.

* Certifications in Salesforce are highly preferred.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights effectively.

* Solid understanding of the FinTech industry, including market dynamics, sales processes, and customer behavior is a plus.

* Strong analytical aptitude, curiosity, and problem-solving skills.

* Consistent track record of delivering results and meeting expectations.

* 7 years of experience as an Analyst or similar role, ideally leading projects.

* Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
