ClearView Healthcare Management is Hiring a Scheduler/ Medical Records Near Knoxville, TN

Creekview Health and Rehab is looking for a FT Scheduler/Medical Records to join our team!

nursing staff scheduler is responsible for making sure that staffing requirements for every work shift are covered. Preparing and organizing work schedule for employees that include but not limited to processing requested days off, assist with adjusting the schedule as needed due to vacant positions and see that they are filled, verifying work hours and schedule agency staff if the need arises. The ability to input schedules and any adjustments into the time keeping system.

Medical Records Responsibilities and Job Duties:

Audits electronic medical records for proper, timely documentation required by state and Company regulations. Coordinates with clinical and medical staff to insure documentation is in the chart in a timely manner. Maintains audit spreadsheet for each resident.

  • Maintains quality results by following state and facility standards.
  • Maintains continuity of work operations by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
  • Maintains client confidence by keeping resident records information confidential.
  • Serves and protects the resident community by adhering to professional standards, facility policies and procedures, federal, state, and local requirements.
  • Enhances medical records and facility reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Must be a CNA
  • Must have Long Term Care scheduling experience
  • Will be responsible for transportation appointments.
