Position Type : Central Intake Coordinator

Central Intake Responsibilities :

• Review referrals and coordinate admissions with several Louisville facilities.
• Data entry.
• Daily reporting.

Central Intake Qualifications :

• Preferred experience in a Skilled Nursing Setting.
• Previous experience in long term care in an Admissions / Business office role.
• Demonstrated ability to understand and promote technical information.
• Time management.
• Organized.
• Good Communication Skills.
• Preferred Bachelor's Degree.
