Minimum Qualifications:

  • Health Care Clinical Professional experience preferred but not required
  • Two or more years of related experience in a customer or patient-facing role

Experience:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with exposure to some data management software experience
  • Experience addressing any patient’s medical conditions or symptoms, including basic life support certification
  • Experience with operating a medical/mechanical device

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Clinic Coordinator to join our healthcare team. The Clinic Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring efficient patient flow, and providing excellent customer service.

Job Requirements:

  • Explain and administer procedures to patients
  • Maintain a high degree of accuracy regarding all details
  • Monitor a patient for medical symptoms
  • Provide medical intervention in an emergency situation

  • Follow established treatment and office procedures
  • Manage referral reporting and marketing programs
  • Coordinate patient appointments and manage the clinic schedule
  • Greet and check-in patients upon arrival, ensuring accurate registration
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information to patients
  • Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Assist healthcare providers with administrative tasks as needed
  • Monitor inventory levels of medical supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Collaborate with medical staff to optimize patient care and clinic efficiency
  • Physically able to walk, stand, stoop, and bend
  • Visual and auditory dexterity

Experience:

  • Proven experience in a healthcare setting or medical office administration
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail is required and the ability to follow a daily treatment checklist.
