What will a Vehicle Transportation Specialist do?

The Vehicle Transportation Specialist is responsible for the transportation of vehicles between ClearShift locations. The role will work a standard shift of 8:00am - 12:00pm with the primary task of moving vehicles between our Highlands Ranch to our Loveland location and back. All driving will be done in company-owned vehicles. The schedule can be flexible based on business needs, and would average between 15-20 hours per week.

• Transport vehicles between locations as needed.

• Perform part runs as needed.

• Transport vehicles to 3rd party vendors as needed.

• Filling vehicles with fuel.

• Utilize software to properly identify, track and assign workflow within the inventory management systems (mobile app and desktop).

• Will be responsible to assist with the vehicle transport check-in process.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

What makes someone a great fit for the role?

• Ability to drive safely.

• Ability to use navigation tools such as onboard GPS, smartphone apps, and/or web-based or physical maps.

• Ability to maintain basic logs and records.

• Ability to carry out a series of instructions without constant supervision.

• Able to remain professional and courteous at all times.

Education and Experience:

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Physical Requirements:

• Sitting, standing, walking, including getting in and out of vehicles.

• Driving vehicles regularly.

• Able to work inside and outside in various weather conditions.
