Clearlyderm is seeking highly motivated, customer service oriented, responsible professionals to join our team of receptionists! Now hiring for Front Desk Receptionist in Boca Raton area and Corporate Call Center Staff in Boca Raton.

Requirements:

  • Previous medical practice experience a strong plus
  • Fluent in Spanish is a strong plus
  • Strong computer-skills and ability to quickly learn practice management software
  • Team players with friendly and outgoing personalities
  • Great communication skills/ comfortable speaking to patients over the phone
  • Well spoken with outstanding professional and positive customer service skills
  • Friendly, punctual, and dependable
  • Basic understanding of health insurance plans and coverage
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment without making mistakes

Job Summary:

Clearlyderm's team of receptionists schedule appointments, check patients in and out of our offices, verify insurance coverage, collect payments, and more. We communicate with patients in-person and over the phone in a professional manner, offering warm-welcomes, pleasant smiles, and professional appearances.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone and email inquiries by providing key information to potential & existing clients.
  • Verify insurance plans, outlining patient coverage and payment responsibility.
  • Gain strong understanding of our services, treatments, and product line.
  • Schedule appointments using computerized scheduling software.
  • Communicate with patients in the office, while performing intake and check out tasks.
  • Engaging with patients, making them feel comfortable and welcome during their visit.
  • Handle documents with PHI, adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
  • Charging patients for treatments, services, and products without error.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $15.00 to $16.00 /hour'
