The Role

This is a Part-Time Hourly role based in our Philadelphia location.

As a Customer Service Associate, you will support the Customer Success Team with tasks pertaining to business operations to support our clients. In this role, you will be:

• Enter and process data accurately and efficiently from Excel spreadsheets on to our platform, adhering to established procedures and specified requirements and procedures.
• Verify details in spreadsheets and our system to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Perform data validation and reconciliation tasks to identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
• Processing operational tasks to support various client operations.
• Communicate and coordinate with internal teams, such as implementation, sales, and customer success, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation of client interactions, issues, and resolutions in the support ticketing system.
• Respond to standard customer inquiries via email/chat per scripted guidelines. 
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our SaaS solution by providing feedback on system enhancements, usability, and user experience.
  Create procedure manuals and guides for clients or general process

The Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Prior experience in a similar role is highly desireable.
• Familiarity with SaaS solutions and experience in providing customer support in a software environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to handle large volumes of data efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.
• Proficiency using computer systems and EXCEL software application for data entry and analysis.
  Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify and resolve issues independently or escalate them as needed.
• Ability to handle high volumes of data and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-first approach.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Location: In-office role in our Philadelphia Location - Fashion District Mall, Center City - easy access to public transportation.
