ABOUT THE JOB

The HSE Coordinator at ClearFlow Energy Services values safety, organization, professionalism, and performance. We are looking for someone with HSE experience, a strong regulatory and compliance background, and experience with policy-writing and case management. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Helping overhaul existing safety documents and policies
• Design and implement SSE program for all service lines
• Track and administer trainings for safety certifications (utilizing KPA)
• Work to document new safety-related policies and procedures
• Outline and implement safety and training portion of New Hire Orientation
• Host Safety meetings on locations and at the yard periodically
• Conduct periodic safety audits on locations and at the yard/shop
• Help identify safety concerns and corrective action plans and outfitting
• Maintain company compliance by tracking man hours and safety scores, updating all HSE-related platforms (Veriforce, ISNet, etc.)
• Oversee case management of all incidents
• Manage drug and alcohol testing (random pool, post-accident, reasonable suspicion, etc.)
• Oversee procurement of HSE-related equipment and assets

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5 years HSE Experience
• 5 years Oil & Gas Experience
• Microsoft competency (Outlook, Excel, Teams)
• Organizational and case management skills
• Ability to earn employee and customer buy-in to HSE efforts
• Live in Midland or neighboring cities and be on-call 24/7 for incidents
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen
• Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record
