To join our team as a Senior Residential Field Specialist! As a Senior Residential Field Specialist you will act as a local on-site program and company representative to residential customers. You will be conducting energy efficiency HVAC Maintenance Tune Ups, pre- and post-installation verifications and other technical data gathering activities through a defined territory. You can expect to be providing technical advice, guidance and training on installation, adaptation, configuration or enhancement in accordance with client specifications.

You’re a great fit if you can…

• Travel throughout a defined territory performing A/C Tune Ups.
• Trains field staff and develops training materials and guidelines on installation, adaptation, configuration, or enhancement in accordance with client specifications.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews and audits of residential energy efficiency upgrades that involve further complexity and analysis
• Provide input and status updates to program staff regarding project scope, planning and effectiveness of products
• Provide technical expertise to identify, analyze and resolve issues.

Exciting candidates have…

• High school or GED w/relevant industry technical certification/training preferred
• Oklahoma Mechanical Journeyman License(required)
• EPA Type Universal(required)

• Ability to work in-person in multiple homes per day (this is not a work-from-home position; you will be in the field servicing customers’ homes)
