This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter position located in Arlington Heights, IL. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various positions within Clearbrook. They will conduct interviews, perform reference checks, and make recommendations to hiring managers. The Recruiter will also assist with job fairs, maintain applicant tracking systems, and ensure compliance with hiring policies and procedures. Qualifications

• Experience in full-cycle recruitment and candidate sourcing
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Strong interviewing and assessment skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and MS Office
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Experience in the field of intellectual/developmental disabilities is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
