Community Support Coach- CHOICE

Location : McHenry, IL

Hours : Full-Time

Monday - Friday 8 : 30am - 3 : 30pm (35hrs)

Pay : $20 / hr; PAID Training

Sign-on Bonus : Full-Time staff receive total of $2,000 and Part-Time staff receive total of $750 in bonuses the first year of employment with us!

Job Responsibilities :

• Responsible to assist in the development and implementation of programming that promotes client independence and acquisition of functional skills.
• Assist individuals served in community outings.
• Assist in developing appropriate curriculum for implementing client program objectives and employment opportunities.

Qualifications

Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license required
• Must be 21 years of age
