Self Directed Assistant (SDA) - Home Based Services

Program: Home Based Services

Location: Downers Grove, IL with a hybrid schedule, caseload in Dupage North (Elgin, Roselle, Hanover Park)

Hours: Full time, Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm, 40 hours / week

Pay: $43,900/year and plus generous benefit package

Clearbrook is a non-profit, social services agency that specializes in providing innovative services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, such as Autism and Down Syndrome.

The SDA manages a caseload of clients in the Home Based Services program. The SDA ensures that the clients and their families are receiving the services necessary from the state, and the SDA is also responsible for interviewing, hiring, and supervising the direct support staff who work one-on-one with the clients in their caseload.

Qualifications

The SDA must have:

• Bachelor's degree in social services or related field
• At least one year of experience working directly with individuals who have intellectual / developmental disabilities
• Valid IL driver's license
