Our client, a technology solutions provider company located in San Francisco, CA, is in need of a Production Application Support Manager for permanent employment. The Production Application Support Manager will be leading a team of 2 in support of all existing applications.
Required Skills:

• 15 years of IT experience
• 5 years of production application support in a financial/investment industry environment
• Experience working in a cloud environment preferably Azure
• 3 years of Dynatrace experience

Preferred or Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with Microsoft 365 including SharePoint, Exchange, O365, OneDrive, Active Directory, and Power Automate
• Knowledge around Cisco routers and switches
• PowerShell scripting
• Linux and Windows operating systems
• Virtualization experience including VMware, VDI, or VxBlock
• Workflow automation experience
• Experience with the DevOps/Release process.
