Clear Resolution Consulting is seeking bright, articulate, and self-motivated undergraduate and graduate students for part-time, year-round, paid internships. Students interested in emerging technologies, intelligence, national security as well as numerous other non-technical disciplines such as business writing, graphic design, IT, and political science are encouraged to apply. This position will support our recruiting initiatives and impacts the growth of the organization. This position plays an important part in helping to ensure the recruiting activities at Clear Resolution Consulting (CRC) will run smoothly and efficiently. The successful candidate must have exceptional attention to detail, be proactive, excited to work as part of a collaborative team.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Create social media posts for team to share on LinkedIn, and other platforms, Sourcing passive candidates through multiple approaches
• Posting jobs, utilizing creative sourcing techniques and maintain current knowledge of emerging technology
• Provide research and analysis on recruiting best practices, technical markets and diversity initiatives
• Track and maintain all job opportunities in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and external job boards
• Assist recruiting team in advancing all candidate movement within our ATS systems.
• Special projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications
• Strong research and data mining skills
• Self-motivated and able to work well independently as well as on a multi-functional team
• Ability to organize, multi-task, prioritize and complete tasks and projects within deadlines and budgets
• Demonstrated excellent judgment, discretion, and sensitivity; ability to work with confidential information
• Possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Strong computer skills, to include MS Office & Google Doc
General Program Requirements and Information
• Applicants must be students in high school, undergraduate or graduate study.
• Applicants must provide their own computer and must have high speed internet access.
• The program is virtual and encourages the application of students from across the United States, however, CRC will not relocate individuals as part of this program.
• This is a part-time, paid
• Applicants are accepted, and internships are awarded, on a continual basis throughout the year.
