Job Summary: The Operator should provide monitoring and dispatching of proper authorities to residential and commercial customers, assisting customers with alarm issues, monitoring the computer for alarm signals, responding to incoming calls, placing outgoing calls to verify alarms, all while accurately documenting information, and other administration duties. Other responsibilities will include setting up new accounts in the computer system, downloading new systems, and trouble-shooting alarm issues with technicians. This position is expected to provide the highest level of professionalism to customers and coworkers. This shall take place in the form of telephone, email and all other methods of communication.
Job Requirements: In order to be successful, the incumbent must possess good client relation skills, a high sense of urgency, and professionalism. The incumbent should have a high school diploma or equivalent. Background check required.

Reporting Relationships: This position reports directly to the Central Station Manager. Management reserves the right to make changes to this job description as deemed necessary.
Pay depends on experience.
