Clear Mountain Properties is Hiring a Maintenance Technician Near Greenville, SC
Clear Mountain Properties is a growing Real Estate Asset Management firm. Focused on residential multi-family buildings, we offer our clients management and brokerage services, along with investment and development opportunities. We are looking to bring on a full-time maintenance person to assist with the day to day repairs and maintenance items at our client properties. This position is an opportunity for the right candidate to grow with the firm, developing managerial skills and rising within the firm in both position and compensation. The candidate must have construction skills, be organized, and effectively communicate with others with a positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct regular inspections of buildings and equipment
- Identify and report the need for major repairs. Diagnose problems and make repairs
- Oversee contractors when professional repairs are necessary
- Perform cleaning at properties as required by repair work
Candidates should be confident in the following areas:
- General Carpentry
- Handyman, General Home Repairs and Maintenance Work
- Bathroom/Kitchen Upgrades
- Painting
- Basic Plumbing and Electrical
- Flooring Repair and Installation
- Knowledge of Building Codes
Requirements:
- Must have experience in the remodeling or home repair trades
- Must have current Driver's License and Insurance
- Must have own tools, own vehicle, and good references
- Must pass screening process which includes a background check
- Must have a smart phone and access to the internet
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- An eye for detail
- Professional presentation and attitude
- Ability to interface with tenants and contractors
Compensation:
- $35,000/year salary
- Potential for performance related bonus
- Paid vacation days (10)
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
- Rotating Weekends
- On-call for emergencies as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 per year
