Clear Creek Oilfield Solutions div of Dynamic Structures is Hiring a Dispatcher Near Waterford, OH

Hiring a Day Shift. Full-time Transportation Dispatcher to join our team in the fast-paced oil & gas industry. 1-3 years experience. This individual will be responsible for dispatching our drivers to multiple customer locations and/or additional company facilities.

**Our trucks run 24/7 – 365 days**

Tri-State Service Areas: Ohio, Pennsylvania, West Virginia

  • 5 days on / 5 days off (or) 7 days on / 7 days off – depending on shift; 12-hour shifts
  • May need to cover vacation times, nights, days, and/or weekends
  • Competitive salary, based upon experience

Responsibilities Include:

  • Exceptional ability to assign drivers to daily schedules, provide directions, and dispatch drivers to customer locations/facilities.
  • Establish routes as requested by customers.
  • Extensive experience in customer service, ability to communicate with customer requests to cover new/additional work.
  • Communicate with drivers via phone regarding updates, changes, or support needs.
  • Knowledge of applicable transportation regulations and laws. Ensure compliance with DOT/FMCSA, Federal/State laws, and company policies.
  • Experience with Transportation Management Software (TMS), such as Samsara or Rose Rocket a plus.
  • Competence in office software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Maintain record of all dispatched jobs, Ability to monitor drivers' logs, truck maintenance schedules, and repairs. Review, maintain, submit various documents (daily time sheets, disposal, repairs, bills)
  • Additional administrative duties may be assigned as needed.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.

Qualifications (preferred):

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Bachelor's or associate degree in transportation or logistics would be advantageous.
  • 1 years of experience as a truck dispatcher in a similar industry.
  • Dispatch / Transportation / Oil & Gas: 1 year
  • Computer Skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Tracking Software)
