Job Description:
Our remodeling company is looking for a skilled Handyman/Painter with expertise in basic electrical knowledge, Painting, Demolition work for kitchens, bathrooms, and other areas. The successful candidate will join our team of professionals and contribute to our reputation for quality remodeling services. This would be a 1099 contractor position.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, paint, and finish surfaces of various materials.

• Perform demolition tasks for kitchen and bathroom remodels.

• Conduct minor repairs and general maintenance.

• Uphold the highest standards of workmanship.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in painting, handyman work, demolition, and flooring

installation.

• Must possess own tools and equipment suitable for a variety of tasks including painting, demolition, and flooring.

• Proficiency in demolition for remodeling projects and knowledgeable in flooring installation (including wood, tile, and carpet).

• Three professional references demonstrating reliability and skill.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $200.00 - $250.00 per day
