Cleanup & Total Restoration is Hiring a Restoration Technician Near Boise, ID

Cleanup & Total Restoration is hiring a Restoration Technician as a full-time position in Boise, Idaho.

As a Restoration Technician, or Mitigation Technician, you will help people and properties recover from damage due to disasters in conditions that have involved smoke, water, mold, and sewage. Our Restoration Technicians are the face of our organization and the first contact a client has after a traumatic situation, which is why they need to have good customer service and be willing to help others.


Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the management team to ensure our customers are well taken care of

  • Handle any issues caused by smoke, water, mold, or sewage damage and remove and replace damaged materials

  • Conduct a clean and precise demolition using hand and power tools

  • Communicate in a friendly and professional manner with all members of your team and our customers

  • Follow company policies to maintain safety, quality, and a professional image

  • Drive a company vehicle to and from job sites while following all state traffic laws and company policies to ensure safety

  • Promote and sell Cleanup & Total Restoration services as a Mitigation Technician

  • Document drying progress using a phone or tablet after proper training


Qualifications:

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Valid driver’s license

  • Must be able to work overtime as needed and some holidays

  • IICRC certifications in water damage or mold remediation preferred

  • Background in plumbing, demolition, water mitigation and/or carpentry is a plus but not required
