Our mission is simple:
Improve the quality of life for people suffering from opioid and alcohol addictions on Cape Cod.
We're accomplishing this first through high-quality medication treatment led by licensed medical providers in a convenient outpatient environment. Are you looking to make a difference in your community? As part of a carefully designed treatment program, you will help patients develop their knowledge and understanding, and utilize the tools they need to recover from substance use disorders and avoid relapse. You will help them move forward into fulfilling, successful lives. CleanSlate trains our Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants in clinical, operational and dyad leadership. We place you into our centers with support staff, clinical and non-clinical teammates. Working for CleanSlate allows you to be an instrument of change in the way we treat addiction. We offer excellent comp packages with med/dent, bonuses, 401K w/match, 3 weeks PTO, CEU/CME time off & reimbursement.
