- Determination of office supplies, tracking items on a weekly basis to ensure sufficient supplies for primary office and reporting to Practice Manager.
- Send prior-authorizations to insurance companies as needed.
- Provide each patient with required Forms and Orientation manual and certify patient completion.
- Patient confirmation at each visit to certify current phone/address/insurance information.
- General maintenance of professional appearance of the office, watering plants, garbage removal, etc., and oversight of inter-office cleaning and organization.
- Answering incoming calls and checking messages regularly.
- Collecting co-pays and facilitating payment plans.
- On site prescription management.
