This role is essential in upholding our high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the stadium.

Position Overview: As a Stadium General Cleaner, you will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning tasks to maintain the stadium's appearance and hygiene before, during, and after events. Your work will directly impact the guest experience, making it an integral part of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, dusting, and wiping surfaces in common areas, restrooms, seating areas, and concourses.
• Empty and clean waste bins and recyclables, ensuring proper separation and disposal according to stadium sustainability policies.
• Restock restroom supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
• Report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor immediately.
• Use and maintain cleaning equipment and materials with care, following all safety guidelines and procedures.
• Assist with deep cleaning and sanitization projects as required, especially in high-touch areas.
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
• Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest queries and concerns in a polite and helpful manner.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to align with the event schedule at Lumen Field.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
• A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Commitment to safety and knowledge of basic safety and sanitation standards.
