Cleanslate is actively recruiting a Parts Specialist to join our team in the Accounting and Finance Team to help improve its receivables and cash flow. Cleanslate is a leading provider of cleaning and hygiene solutions to the institutional, commercial, and retail markets since 2004. Scope

• Respond daily and promptly to inbound service calls and emails from customers and Cleanslate employees.
• Process parts quotes for customer review and approval: create and update calls as related to parts needed.
• Communicate with vendors and UPS as needed.
• Accurately and promptly process parts orders for customers and employees.
• Process A/P invoices.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• A High Scool Diploma or Equivalent
• 2-5 years of previous related work experience
• Display excellent verbal and communication skills in a fast- paced work environment
• Ability to interact professionally with others and work independently
• Highly dependable and organized
• Previous SAP experience preferred
• Microsoft Office ; Excel, Word.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
