Job Description:

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team immediately as a Cleaning Day Porter. The Cleaning Day Porter will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of an office building.

Responsibilities:

• Perform cleaning duties such as dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces in designated areas.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
• Clean and restock restrooms with supplies.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness of common areas, including lobbies, hallways, and break rooms.
• Notify management of any maintenance or safety issues observed during cleaning duties.
• Assist with special cleaning projects and tasks as needed.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning preferred.
• Authorized to work in the US
• Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to lift and carry cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Flexibility to work during daytime hours, including weekends if necessary.
